The Our Hotel is a new venue, which combines the style of the beginning of the XX century with the modern equipment. The hotel is located on Vasilievsky Island, one of the main business areas of the city, in a few minutes from the metro station Vasileostrovskaya. Such world-famous Saint Petersburg sights as the Hermitage, Palace Square and Nevsky Prospect – the main avenue of the city, are easy to reach by car or public transport. The Our Hotel features 58 cosy rooms which are meant for business or family travelers. There are a few rooms for the disabled guests. The Our Hotel features 58 rooms of different categories: standard single and double rooms; executive double rooms; family rooms; studio rooms. One room is equipped for the physically disabled people and could be provided upon request. The standard single and double rooms feature modern design and comfortable furniture. The rooms offer LCD television, minibars, deposit boxes, hair-driers, telephones, internet and Wi Fi.

The executive rooms offer a view at the quiet street in the heart of Saint Petersburg. Some of the rooms feature artificial French balconies. The rooms offer LCD television, minibars, deposit boxes, hair-driers, telephones, Internet and Wi Fi.

The family rooms overlook the roofs of the old city. Apart from the Queen size bed there is also a sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping place.

The studio rooms are the biggest in the hotel (37 sq. m.) The column inside visually divides the room into the sleeping space with a queen size bed and an additional TV and the guest area with an additional sofa.
